   David Gee

David is a Director of TTP Ventures and focuses on electronic device and semiconductor businesses and manages our investments in Cambridge Semiconductor, Azuro, Ocuity and Asic Ahead.

David has ten years experience in business development and technology exploitation in a broad range of industries.  In the early 1990s he founded a business providing advice on the application of broadband telecommunications in the automotive industry.  He began his industrial career at an automotive design and engineering consultancy where he was responsible for commercialisation of new technology.

He has a First Class honours degree in Physics from Imperial College, London, a PhD in Theoretical Physics and has held a post doctoral research position in high performance computing.

   Clennell Collingwood

Since joining TTP Ventures, Clennell has focused on electronics and telecommunications related businesses.  He is currently an observer on the Boards of ZBD and ShoZu.

Clennell was also Board observer with Alphamosaic, which we sold to Broadcom in September 2004 for $123m.

He has a first class BA and MEng degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and has completed the year long Postgraduate Course in Design, Manufacture and Management (also at Cambridge).

The team draws upon the broad resource within TTP Group.  Specifically, however, its Investment Committee includes:

   Phil O'Donovan

Founder and Commercial Director of Cambridge Silicon Radio plc [LSE:CSR].

Phil was appointed an Advisor to the Fund in September 2005.

   Nigel Hamway

Ex-Dubilier plc, Charterhouse Bank.  Director of Charterhouse Capital Partners.

Nigel chairs TTP Capital Partners Limited.
